As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and startup partners to identify emerging paradigms in AI, biotech, and quantum computing. Your work will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and market entry strategies for technologies that don't yet exist.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future possibilities into actionable product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to incubate breakthrough innovations
- Create executive-level briefings on emerging technologies and their market implications
- Design and implement innovation metrics to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
