- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Design and implement future-proofing frameworks for products/services
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or tech strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
