Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and disruption preparedness
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership content on innovation and future trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Proven ability to develop scenario-based strategic frameworks
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
