Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmap focusing on quantum-AI convergence, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and government innovation labs
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging technologies with 15+ annual filings targeting climate resilience and human augmentation
- Present findings to C-suite and board members using immersive data visualization and scenario modeling
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles at Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Proven track record delivering products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics from top-tier institution
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technologies commercialized or in advanced prototyping
