Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Design innovation frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Deliver executive briefings on paradigm shifts and paradigm-breaking opportunities
- Champion a culture of exponential thinking across 15 global divisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in technology convergence and societal trend forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on disruptive innovation patterns
- Mastery of scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
