Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and maintain the corporate innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and business opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning documents
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep understanding of global macroeconomic forces and geopolitical shifts
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner) a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
