Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business transformation plans
- Develop and maintain a '2026 Innovation Ecosystem' framework for technology adoption
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and publish thought leadership on next-gen paradigms
- Oversee prototyping of breakthrough solutions with our R&D division
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published research on technological singularity or 2026+ tech trends
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in tech-forward environments
