Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and future-proofing roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Curate and manage relationships with futurists, academics, and emerging tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across 15+ global business units
- Present future outlooks to investors, boards, and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on disruption preparedness
