Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present future scenario briefings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports on emerging market disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial success
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven scenario visualization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transitions
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, books, or keynotes)
