As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and startup incubators to identify paradigm-shifting technologies. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment strategies, and corporate positioning for the 2026 horizon and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying high-impact trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to detect emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design and execute innovation workshops for C-suite executives and cross-functional teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders with actionable implementation strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology paradigms
- Mentor internal teams on foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record in identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
- Portfolio published foresight work or technology prediction models required
