Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics, and spatial computing domains
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Roadmap with measurable milestones and KPIs
- Facilitate executive workshops on disruptive scenarios and strategic pivots
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions (Web4.0, AGI frameworks)
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, marketing, and engineering
- Author white papers and thought leadership on 2026 technology paradigms
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting long-term strategy
- Drive organizational culture shift toward anticipatory innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, corporate foresight, or emerging technology roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with executive buy-in
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
