Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology/socioeconomic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead client workshops mapping emerging trends to industry-specific opportunities
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption curves
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor horizon scanning signals across 12+ emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech foresight focus
- Proven track record in developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or bioeconomics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight.org)
