Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological paradigms through 2026 (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, decentralized systems)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for R&D investments in futuristic verticals
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for existential risks and opportunities
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on the future of human-AI collaboration
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into 5-year product development cycles
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive market shifts and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published research or patents in future-oriented technologies
