Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging global trends across technology, climate, and socio-economic domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead innovation workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-proof solutions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into core business strategy
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity identification
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of anticipating market shifts (provide portfolio)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning techniques
