Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Author white papers and industry reports on future-of-work paradigms
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototyping future technologies
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Present strategic insights at Davos-level summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Published author or thought leader in technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Systems Thinking, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of implementing future-forward initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
