Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for navigating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design scenario-planning models for organizational resilience against black swan events
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports for C-suite and board-level decision-making
- Identify and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Champion a culture of future-focused innovation across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept translation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
