Responsibilities
- Develop predictive strategic frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Analyze emerging tech vectors (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI alignment)
- Author horizon-scanning whitepapers for C-suite and board audiences
- Design ethical governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Curate exclusive futures-thinking workshops with industry luminaries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or space commercialization
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF)
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning software)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 accurate trend predictions
