Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neurotech, climate AI) to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on the societal impact of 2026-era technologies
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and invest in next-gen startups
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Lead a global team of futurists, data scientists, and industry analysts
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Theory, Quantum Computing, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Published work on AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech (peer-reviewed or industry journals)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and large-scale AI model deployment
- Proven track record of influencing tech policy or corporate innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or similar professional designation preferred
