Responsibilities

- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for product innovation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-ready mindsets across departments
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynotes at industry conferences
- Monitor horizon-scanning technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for disruptive potential
- Establish KPIs to track strategic foresight maturity and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
