Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps using trend analysis, predictive modeling, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging societal shifts
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for product development and business transformation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts in futurist methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
