Your insights will directly influence product development, market entry strategies, and long-term corporate vision.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using data analytics, trend mapping, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing opportunities and risks
- Author thought leadership reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Design and pilot innovation initiatives targeting 2026 market readiness
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into development roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
