Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight models for quantum-AI symbiosis and climate-positive technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops with Fortune 100 partners to navigate 2026+ market disruptions
- Author 'Future State' whitepapers published at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Architect ethical frameworks for post-human augmentation and autonomous systems
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants through DARPA and NSF partnerships
- Mentor a global cohort of 20 futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with 3+ exponential technology deployments
- Published work in Nature Futures or peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom ML models)
- Track record of securing >$100M in future-focused funding
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) from Association of Professional Futurists
