Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, climate tech, quantum computing)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Monitor horizon-scanning ecosystems (startups, academia, policy shifts) for early signals
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (Web3, AGI, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex futures compellingly
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots and disruption preparedness
