Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological milestones and societal shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product development priorities
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and external stakeholders on emerging opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Author white papers on technology ethics and governance frameworks for 2026 adoption landscapes
- Maintain competitive intelligence database tracking global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, strategic foresight, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on complex strategic topics
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization proficiency
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
