Responsibilities
- Forecast socioeconomic, technological, and geopolitical shifts through 2026+ using AI-driven trend analysis
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for climate-resilient supply chains and circular economies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web3 and metaverse ecosystems
- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate moonshot innovations in quantum AI and neurotech
- Represent company at Davos and Singularity Summit forums as industry thought leader
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (showcases in published forecasts)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep technical literacy in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized networks
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ executive-level briefings delivered
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CSSF) or equivalent professional designation
