Responsibilities
- Analyze 2026 technology trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and societal behavior shifts
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational structures
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Scans' with data-backed forecasts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present findings at global innovation summits and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (Tableau, Python, R)
- Published work on technological or societal forecasting
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
