Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ trend forecasts across technology, markets, and societal shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead client workshops to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' with validated future trajectories
- Identify disruptive technologies and their commercial implications
- Build predictive models using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Advolve cross-functional teams on future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Strong data visualization and predictive modeling skills
