Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies (2026-2030 horizon) using quantitative and qualitative frameworks
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in healthcare, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios with future market demands
- Author high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions using generative AI and simulation technologies
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI trajectories)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
