- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align futuristic initiatives with core business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough innovations and emerging talent ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms and sustainable technology
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental projects targeting 2026 commercialization
- Mentor cross-generational teams in strategic foresight methodologies and design thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid work environments
- Published thought leader in innovation strategy or future studies (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
