Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and space exploration to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Lead quarterly innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to executive board and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of work, human augmentation, and sustainable tech
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and weak signal analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Published work on emerging technologies or societal transformation trends
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major strategic foresight projects
