Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026-2030 strategic innovation roadmap using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Design human-centered solutions for emerging societal challenges post-2025
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and interactive simulations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to incubate breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., AC/SCIP) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
- Fluency in future-critical languages (Mandarin, Spanish) preferred
