Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and alert networks to potential outages.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Day Shift leads to ensure smooth transitions and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional composure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
