Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership white papers on 2026+ market disruptions and opportunities
- Design organizational resilience frameworks for quantum computing and AI-driven paradigm shifts
- Manage a portfolio of experimental futures initiatives with $2M+ annual budget
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in futurism, strategic foresight, or exponential technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative discipline
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry white papers
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools and machine learning for trend forecasting
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neurotech trajectories
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy in Fortune 500 environments
