- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports for industry stakeholders
- Manage $5M innovation lab budget for prototyping next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive modeling
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Tableau, Python, R)
- Track record of scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant field
