Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Strategic Vision Framework, aligning organizational goals with emerging technological, economic, and societal megatrends
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive innovations and paradigm shifts affecting our industry through 2030
- Design and execute scenario-planning models for future market landscapes, geopolitical shifts, and technological disruptions
- Champion innovation labs and cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings and trend reports that inform high-stakes investment decisions
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry forums, and predictive analytics publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning with documented impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
