Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging trends relevant to 2026 business landscape

- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives and growth targets
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and risk mitigation
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators and geopolitical shifts affecting long-term planning
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into development cycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Professional certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
