Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-ready strategies
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks combining AI, behavioral economics, and exponential technologies
- Present findings at Davos-level forums and publish in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for moonshot projects
- Mentor junior futurists in ethics of emerging technologies
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Published work on AI governance, quantum applications, or climate tech disruption
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on 2030+ strategic planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Certification in Futures Thinking from APF or equivalent
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic for global collaboration
