Responsibilities
- Design and deploy quantum-AI hybrid computing architectures using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors at scale
- Optimize neural network architectures for quantum advantage in real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and ML engineers in prototyping 2026-era systems
- Implement quantum-safe cryptography frameworks for next-gen cybersecurity
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing initiatives and publish research in Nature Physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning systems
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic system integration
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum-AI hybrid systems or top-tier conference proceedings
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and distributed quantum networks
- Strong background in complex system optimization and fault-tolerance modeling
