Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain proprietary trend forecasting models using AI/ML tools and big data analytics
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic disruptors
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for 2026+ market positioning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Translate foresight insights into executable business strategies for product development and market expansion
- Author thought leadership content and present findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Monitor global signals across 15+ verticals (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Tableau, R, Python, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to synthesize complex insights
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruptive technologies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
