- Partner with R&D to align breakthrough technologies with market readiness
- Present future-vision roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
- Build foresight methodologies for organizational adoption
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for disruptive signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio of published future-vision work required
