Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Produce executive-ready reports and presentations on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track strategic alignment with 2026 objectives
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of 5+ year strategic initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS, SFI) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks within enterprise environments
