- Conduct horizon-scanning research across tech, socio-economic, and geopolitical domains to map 2026+ trends

- Author thought leadership content (reports, whitepapers, keynotes) positioning InnovateX as a futurist authority
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Advise executive team on emerging risks and opportunities with 3-5 year lead time
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Published thought leader or frequent speaker at futurist conferences
- MBA or advanced degree in strategic foresight, futures studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
