Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Design actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product development and business strategy
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and futurist communities
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, climate impacts, and societal trends affecting long-term business viability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects or published thought leadership
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
