Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Deliver keynote presentations at industry summits and publish thought leadership
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic communication
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Proven track record of translating complex tech trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CSF) preferred
