Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term technology vision
- Author thought leadership content including white papers, conference presentations, and market reports
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
- Quantify market potential and ROI for futuristic technology investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author or speaker at major technology conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, etc.)
