Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-performance, scalable software architectures that align with our 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research and development initiatives to explore emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation and quantum-ready cloud infrastructures.
- Technical Vision: Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns to guide the engineering team and ensure long-term system stability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior architects and engineers on advanced system design principles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong grasp of system-level programming and optimization.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make critical technical trade-offs under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
