Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism at enterprise level
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) or equivalent professional designation
