As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional initiatives, and develop frameworks that anticipate paradigm shifts. Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for multi-year business roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation priorities and R&D directions
- Produce executive-level reports and presentations on emerging market opportunities and risks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to expand foresight capabilities
- Mentor junior strategists and champion future literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
