Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities through 2026 and beyond
- Develop and implement innovative frameworks for scenario planning and risk assessment
- Conduct horizon scanning across technology, economic, and social domains to inform strategic priorities
- Present data-driven future scenarios to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Champion a culture of innovation through workshops, thought leadership, and mentorship
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful strategic transformations
