Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Produce trend reports and white papers on future-of-work, sustainability, and human augmentation
- Design innovation frameworks for organizational adaptation to 2026's digital-physical ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, books, or research)
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
